FAQ’s - Wedding Stationery
When should I order?
We recommend that you order a minimum of 3 months before the wedding. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee the delivery of any orders past this time, but we will try to accommodate your requirements whenever possible. We recommend that you post the invitations to your guests at least 6 weeks before the wedding, and longer during busy periods (Christmas and Summer Months)
Can I order samples?
Yes, samples can be ordered at a cost of one card (including delivery). Please note, so that we can provide you with an accurate idea of colours in the sample, we will send you a personalisation form via email upon your order being received. You can order a maximum of three samples.
Can you print guest names inside cards?
If we are emailed a list of guests when confirming your order then we can print guest names inside the invitations. Please note that any errors in printing due to an error on your part or the incorrect details being supplied will incur an additional cost to the value of one card per error.
How do I pay?
Or preferred method of payment is through paypal, either complete the order online or we will email you with a request if you send us an order form. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility. If you prefer you can send us a cheque made payable to "New Beginnings Stationery" to 25 Poets Chase, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. HP21 7LP. Your payment will not be considered to be received until the payment has cleared.
What printing options do I have for inserts?
There are a wide range of wording options available to reflect the style and hosts of your wedding. Once we receive your order then sample wording will be emailled to you along with the personalisation form. If you prefer to see these wordings prior to ordering then please email us at info@newbeginningsstationery.co.uk . You can also use your own wording if you would prefer - please forward a copy to us with the personalisation form after ordering. Please note that we are only able to print in lanuguages using a standard qwerty keyboard.
All inserts are printed in black ink. You have a choice of fonts as below:
Verdana Times New Roman Arial
Bookman Old Style Monotyoe Corsiva

Are messages printed inside the greetings cards?
All cards are left blank for your own message.
How quickly are the cards normally dispatched?
They are normally dispatched by first class post within 2working days of your order being received. Should any item currently be out of stock we will email you immediately to inform you.
Can greetings cards be personalised?
Although the greetings cards are hand made they cannot be personalised.
