Terms and Conditions - Wedding Stationery, Favour Boxes, Save the Date Cards (including sample cards)
Many of our stationery ranges can be personalised. Once we have received your order we will email you with a personalisation form for the range / ranges you have ordered. Please complete this form and return to us asap. Once we have received the form we will email you confirmation of the options you have selected. Either sign and return a paper copy of the details to our postal address or reply to the email to confirm your acceptance. Delay in confirming personalisation details or wording (more than 3 days) may cause a delay to your delivery being received.
Within 7 days of receiving your order we will send you a proof of the insert wording for each of the types of cards ordered. Please check the details of this confirmation carefully, particularly the spelling of names and dates, as errors cannot be corrected once printing has begun. Please sign and return a paper copy of the details or reply to the email to confirm your acceptance. Delay in confirming personalisation details or wording (more than 3 days) may cause a delay to your delivery being received.
As all of our cards are hand-made, your order will be dispatched within 28 days of receiving your order. Should you require us to hold any element of your order (such as Menu Cards or Orders of Service) then these will be delivered within 21 days of receiving confirmation from you that you wish the held items to be made.
Sample cards are normally dispatched via Royal Mail within two working days of receiving a completely personalisation form. Should there be a delay for any reason we will contact you immediately
Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee exact colour matches for split orders. Please ensure that you order extra cards to account for mistakes or late additions.
If you wish to order Menus or Orders of Service but are unsure of the wording please email us when placing your order and the cards will be reserved for a later date. If you request for part of your order to be “held” in this way, it will be treated as one order for the purposes of our cancellation policy.
Delivery Charges – These are included within the price of your order.
Cancellation Policy – Due to the personalisation of these products we are unable to accept returns or cancellations except in the instance of damaged goods or an error on our part. If this is the case then please contact us in writing (email or post) within 7 days through the details below and we will replace the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept responsibility for any errors in the personalisation if they have been approved by you.
